Fish Nerd Labs is building more than a traditional pro staff team. Our Field Network is a real-world testing, research, education, and feedback network made up of anglers who are willing to use our products, document their experiences, provide honest field observations, and represent the Fish Nerd Labs brand professionally.

Being selected as a Field Staff Candidate does not automatically make you Pro Staff. Candidates earn their place through participation, performance, professionalism, product knowledge, useful field feedback, and the ability to represent the Fish Nerd Labs mission.

The laboratory develops. The field tests. The field reports. The laboratory improves.
